Admission Tickets

A well-designed ticket doesn’t just manage entry – it also adds to the atmosphere and visual identity of your event. For many, it’s more than just paper – especially for those who see the event as a lasting memory. Think of the sentimental ones, the fans, or the first-date couples – people who’ll keep their ticket as a treasured memento.

To ensure smooth handling, tickets are produced in pads with side glue binding and can be perforated on request – even in multiple places – so that stubs for purchase or entry can be easily and neatly torn off. And if you need personalized details like dates, row or seat numbers, variable data printing makes that possible too. Just send us the data – we’ll format and print it directly onto the tickets, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Tickets can be personalized — with names, serial numbers, or codes. This is called variable data printing. Perforation is also available, even in multiple places, so the ticket can be easily torn — for example, at the point of sale and again at entry.

Costs do not increase linearly — the more tickets you order, the better the unit price. Pricing is based on how many pieces fit on a single sheet.

Editing guide

Design / Avoid using fonts smaller than 5 pt or with very thin lines — their printability largely depends on the smoothness of the chosen paper surface. For creative papers with different front and back sides, please specify which side the design should be printed on. Gold and silver elements may not show well on very thin lines or small areas. For deep black areas, we recommend using CMYK 60/50/50/100. If you'd like us to handle numbering, please provide the number of digits, starting value, increment, and the desired font and point size.

General setup / The most reliable file format is PDF/X-4 — it ensures optimal compression and proper embedding of fonts and colors. All images should be in CMYK color mode and 300 dpi resolution at actual size. If you're using extra (spot) colors, the printable areas must be vector-based. If your design reaches the edge of the print, include a 3 mm bleed. Crop marks should be 3 mm long and placed 3 mm from the edge.

Perforation / You don’t need to indicate the perforation with dashed lines in the design — just specify how far from the top or left edge you want it. Only straight lines can be perforated.

Padding / We can staple pads up to 10 mm thick. To do this, leave a 10 mm margin free from design on the left edge of the tickets. If you choose glue padding, note that each pad will contain 100 tickets.
